Rule 131
Bill rejected by the National Assembly or not returned within the period or the amendment of that Assembly is not acceptable
If more than fifty percent of the members of the immediately existing members of the Assembly decide to pass the following bill, such bill shall be certified by the Speaker and submitted to the President for certification:-
(a) If it is not passed by the Assembly or is not sent back with amendments within two months after it is passed by the Assembly and sent to the National Assembly,
(b) rejected by the National Assembly and returned, or
(c) If the amendment is returned with amendments from the National Assembly, the amendment is not acceptable.
